ASANA - BANDHA - PRANAYAMA - KRIYA  

SARPA unites elements of THAI-, HATHA YOGA and NEJANG. By layering these practices we open up an inner space to experience the channels of coarse and subtle energy, focal awareness, strength, flexibility and stamina, both physical and mental.
